The week of April 23rd

 Monday - After a quick walk with the dog I had to sub for Mr. Perske.  Yes, I no longer remember 5th grade math but I did enjoy outdoor soccer the last two classes of the day.

 Tuesday - The start of our soccer season and a super clean house since it went on the market today.

 Wednesday - Lunch with the kids at school and one of our favorite days of the year.  Flushing the fire hydrants.

 Thursday - A bit of badminton before soccer.   Not a single goal made on this goalie!

 Saturday - After our open house, Peyton had a play date.  Easton was busy building with his legos until cousin Scott showed up.  Easton showed Scott how to use his CamWow on his i touch.

Sunday - A bike ride to the school playground.  New buds and baby ducks!

Easton's Monday

Easton was awarded the Certificate of Excellence on Monday night at the Sauk Rapids school board meeting. The award was in recognition of his hard work and learning in Kindergarten. More info will be posted here. We also had a phone message when we got home from the Iron Range that Easton was a winner in the Coborn's coloring contest.

Easter

Easter and celebrating a 6th birthday! Grandma Pat would not like the only photo I have of her so she will have a photo session with the kids the next time we are up. This was our first trip back north since Christmas. Peyton loves the soccer ball that EB gave her.

Visit from Grandma

Since the school I work at was on spring break last week I was able to talk Grandma into coming for a visit. We had a blast while she was here. The week went by FAST! Peyton had a friend over on Friday after school. Easton likes to dress up and chase the girls. This day he was a Jedi. The last photo is what our house looks like. We spent some time on Saturday with a few good realtor's (Chris, Karen, and Steve). We hope to have a for sale sign in the yard mid April. We are still in search for a lot to build on.
